• Demolition of existing metal site fence, storage shed, miscellaneous loose items on 6/29

• Rodent control installation scheduled for 6/30

• Pre-excavation, 6/29 – 7/2

• Tree and vine removal, 7/1 - 7/2

• Pile drilling start scheduled for 7/6

• Lead contaminated soil treatment will start in early July
