We are grateful for Cambridge Savings Bank’s continued support of our affordable housing initiatives, especially McDevitt Senior Homes! Their partnership plays a vital role in helping us create and preserve safe, stable, and affordable homes for low- and moderate-income residents in South Boston. With their generosity and shared commitment to community development, we’re able to make lasting, positive impacts in the lives of individuals and families who need it most.

In addition to Cambridge Savings Bank, we thank Needham Bank and First Citizens Bank for their support of McDevitt Senior Homes. Funding from all three banks supports essential predevelopment and project management activities to ensure McDevitt Senior Homes remains financially viable, well-designed, and ready for construction by early 2026, with completion targeted for late 2027.

We also give big shout-outs to Massport, the Cedarwood Group, Stapleton Floral, and the City of Boston for their continued support of our holiday wreath initiative every December.
