Support our housing work on Giving Tuesday!

Join us to make a difference!

On Giving Tuesday (Nov. 28), we invite you to be a part of something truly impactful. This global day of giving, born in 2012 to counteract the commercial frenzy of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, has become a beacon of hope for nonprofits worldwide. We are thrilled to kick off our end-of-year fundraising campaign on this monumental day.

This year, our theme is "40 Years of Building Community," a celebration of our ongoing commitment to creating and preserving affordable housing in South Boston. Our portfolio consists of 171 units of affordable housing – including O'Connor Way Senior Housing, Patriot Homes veterans housing, and 206 W. Broadway workforce housing – and three commercial spaces. We're making great strides with our latest project, McDevitt Senior Homes, and we invite you to join us on this journey.

Our goal for Giving Tuesday is ambitious – we aim to raise $10,000 within 24 hours to support our affordable housing work. The excitement doesn't stop there – Cambridge Savings Charitable Foundation has generously committed to doubling your donation! Your support will play a pivotal role in the success of this campaign, contributing to the transformative impact we aspire to achieve.

As an additional incentive, we are thrilled to share that donations of $1,000 or more to South Boston NDC qualify for a 50% return as part of your Massachusetts tax refund through the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) program. Save the date on your calendar – Nov. 28 – and join us in our mission to provide affordable housing and enhance the quality of life in South Boston. We sincerely appreciate your dedication to our cause. Together, we can continue to make a significant difference in the neighborhood we cherish.

P.S. Can't wait until Nov. 28? You don't have to! Your donation made now will contribute to our Giving Tuesday total. We have several ways to donate.
Give today and be a part of our community-building journey!
